Develop and implement stratified sampling and multi-tiered human + AI arbitration protocols to mitigate automation bias and ensure quality in high-risk or ambiguous cases.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 5 years experience working with contact center metrics, QA methodologies, and identifying process issues across cross-functional teams.
Experience or knowledge in QA frameworks incorporating human validation and AI model performance metrics.
Work Location Options: Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Gurugram, India as preferred by applicant.
