About This Role
- Lead design and implementation of Quality Assurance (QA) frameworks for YouTube Global Vendor Operations focusing on business outcome alignment.
- Monitor AI QA model performance using metrics like Precision, Recall, and Human Inter-rater Agreement, managing human-validated Golden Label data to improve model retraining.
- Develop and implement stratified sampling and multi-tiered human + AI arbitration protocols to mitigate automation bias and ensure quality in high-risk or ambiguous cases.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years experience working with contact center metrics, QA methodologies, and identifying process issues across cross-functional teams.
- Experience or knowledge in QA frameworks incorporating human validation and AI model performance metrics.
- Work Location Options: Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Gurugram, India as preferred by applicant.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to lead complex QA programs involving AI-human integration and multi-tiered arbitration processes.
- Experience designing sampling methodologies focusing on risk prioritization and handling ambiguous data interactions.
