About This Role
- Lead and manage a global team of 150+ professionals supporting end-to-end Agency Lending operations including trade capture, settlement, collateral management, and risk controls.
- Own strategic direction and operational resilience of Agency Lending platform while driving transformation to modernize technology, optimize processes, and reduce risk.
- Partner with business, technology, risk, and control functions to enhance efficiency, governance, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management across global locations.
Minimum Requirements
- 20+ years of financial services operations experience with focus on Agency Lending.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or related field preferred; postgraduate/professional qualification advantageous.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives including process optimization, automation, and technology modernization.
- Location flexible within Mumbai, Bangalore or Hyderabad; strong regulatory compliance and risk management background required.
