Own the processing and management of insurance operations tasks to meet SLAs, KPIs, quality, and compliance standards.
Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements to protect client and company interests.
Regularly update reports using predefined templates and communicate work status and issues promptly to management.
Minimum Requirements
Prior work experience with Loss Runs / Loss Summary processes is required.
Graduate in any stream.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and good command of spoken and written English.
Willingness to work in shifts as per business needs (shifts include 6:30AM-3:30PM, 2:30PM-11:30PM, 6:30PM-3:30AM).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Has a fair understanding of insurance broking business and dynamics.
Demonstrates strong prioritization, organizational skills, and attention to detail under deadline pressure.
Preferably holds insurance certifications (e.g., from The Institutes, USA) or has prior insurance process experience.
