Lead design, development, and delivery of cloud-native, microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Own agile commitments, continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD) processes and operational readiness for the Sypher team.
Provide hands-on technical leadership via architecture and code reviews, collaborate across teams and with vendors to resolve issues and implement solutions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years system engineering experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years skilled system engineering experience.
Minimum 3+ years experience with Java and Spring Boot for enterprise-grade services.
Experience designing and deploying cloud-native applications on platforms like AWS and PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry).
Work Timings: Must be available 06:00 AM to 11:30 AM Eastern Time for meetings; overall shift 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven technical leader comfortable with hands-on architecture/design and guiding engineering teams in agile delivery.
Experience building and managing microservices-based cloud-native applications with focus on scalability and security.
Familiarity with financial services or banking applications is preferred but not mandatory.
