About This Role
- Lead and manage the India-based AI engineering team responsible for architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise AI solutions globally.
- Design and architect enterprise-grade AI applications, including LLM, generative AI, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions.
- Own recruitment, technical leadership, mentoring, enforcing engineering standards, and personally contribute to high-priority AI projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, IT, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software/cloud/data engineering, AI/ML, or related technical roles.
- Strong hands-on Python development and experience designing production-grade enterprise applications.
- Experience with generative AI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector search, APIs, security, source control, and CI/CD.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced engineering leader with strong technical ownership of AI/ML and cloud engineering teams.
- Proven ability to architect and deliver complex enterprise AI solutions involving LLMs and generative AI at scale.
- Comfortable partnering across global teams and enforcing engineering best practices in a fast-paced environment.
