Lead strategy and delivery of vehicle software and systems engineering technology platforms including PLM and Teamcenter capabilities.
Manage integrations, cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and AI/ML-enabled engineering tools to ensure solutions meet security, quality, and scalability standards.
Develop and mentor cross-functional engineering teams, prioritize delivery initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain production-readiness and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical discipline.
At least 10 years of progressive experience in software engineering, enterprise application development, or technology delivery.
Minimum 5 years experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platforms including customization and integrations.
Minimum 3 years in people management, delivery leadership, or comparable technical leadership role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery of enterprise software products using Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Strong technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Python, JavaScript, Angular or React, and cloud-native platforms such as GCP and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex PLM integrations with engineering and enterprise systems and to manage secure, scalable, production-ready technology platforms supporting vehicle systems engineering.
