Lead and develop high-performing private equity fund accounting and client services teams to meet quality, productivity, and timeliness targets.
Oversee complex fund accounting activities including NAV calculations, financial statements, investor reporting, and compliance with internal controls and risk management standards.
Manage client and stakeholder relationships, handle escalations, support fund onboarding and system migrations, and act as alternate to Head of Delivery when needed.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or business-related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of relevant accounting experience with at least 4 years in people management or supervisory roles.
Strong technical skills in private equity fund accounting, financial reporting, Ind AS, IFRS, multi-jurisdictional GAAP, and fund accounting software such as Investran and/or Paxus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including advanced Excel functions; excellent English communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced manager in private equity fund accounting with a track record of leading service delivery teams and managing client deliverables.
Proficient with complex financial reporting standards and fund accounting platforms, capable of overseeing compliance and operational excellence.
Comfortable with multinational financial services environment and open to travel or international secondments, with additional certifications like CPA or ACCA preferred.
