About This Role
- Design, build, and operate reliable end-to-end data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric and comparable cloud data platforms.
- Develop and maintain lakehouse and warehouse data solutions that support analytics and reporting, ensuring data quality and governance.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data workflows for performance, cost, and reliability in a production healthcare environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–10 years of data engineering experience, including 2+ years on cloud data platforms like Microsoft Fabric or Databricks.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with large relational databases and data modeling.
- Proficiency in Python and Apache Spark for data processing and pipeline development.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or Business.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building production data pipelines with CDC, schema evolution, and data quality controls on Microsoft Fabric or similar platforms.
- Capable of operational ownership including pipeline orchestration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and documentation in complex cloud environments.
- Familiar with healthcare data domain requirements such as handling PII/PHI and implementing security and governance controls.
