Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data workflows for performance, cost, and reliability in a production healthcare environment.
Minimum Requirements
6–10 years of data engineering experience, including 2+ years on cloud data platforms like Microsoft Fabric or Databricks.
Strong SQL skills and experience with large relational databases and data modeling.
Proficiency in Python and Apache Spark for data processing and pipeline development.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or Business.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building production data pipelines with CDC, schema evolution, and data quality controls on Microsoft Fabric or similar platforms.
Capable of operational ownership including pipeline orchestration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and documentation in complex cloud environments.
Familiar with healthcare data domain requirements such as handling PII/PHI and implementing security and governance controls.
