About This Role
- Lead and manage a DevOps team of 10+ engineers accountable for cloud infrastructure, engineering standards, and budget.
- Own system resilience including failover design and regular disaster recovery drills, plus compliance with regulatory standards like DORA, PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR through infrastructure controls.
- Own delivery pipeline including CI/CD, environment management, artifact & secrets management, observability, incident response, and operational health metrics (SLOs, alerting).
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years in infrastructure engineering, including 4+ years managing infrastructure teams at scale.
- Experience operating production infrastructure in a regulated or audited environment.
- Hands-on ability to write and debug infrastructure code (Terraform, Helm, pipeline code) and actively support incident resolution.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years in infrastructure engineering with 4+ years in team management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has experience running production infrastructure for high-traffic multi-region systems with real incidents, migrations, and growth challenges.
- Demonstrated leadership by growing engineers and managing hiring/performance effectively with clear communication skills in async, distributed teams.
- Familiarity with fintech, payments or banking infrastructure in multi-cloud production environments and infrastructure compliance (DORA, PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
