Lead and manage a DevOps team of 10+ engineers accountable for cloud infrastructure, engineering standards, and budget.
Own system resilience including failover design and regular disaster recovery drills, plus compliance with regulatory standards like DORA, PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR through infrastructure controls.
Own delivery pipeline including CI/CD, environment management, artifact & secrets management, observability, incident response, and operational health metrics (SLOs, alerting).
Minimum Requirements
8+ years in infrastructure engineering, including 4+ years managing infrastructure teams at scale.
Experience operating production infrastructure in a regulated or audited environment.
Hands-on ability to write and debug infrastructure code (Terraform, Helm, pipeline code) and actively support incident resolution.
Work Experience Required: 8+ years in infrastructure engineering with 4+ years in team management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Has experience running production infrastructure for high-traffic multi-region systems with real incidents, migrations, and growth challenges.
