Own end-to-end technical delivery and quality of React and .NET projects, including architecture, coding, and maintaining standards.
Lead and mentor a team of 4–8 engineers, manage sprint planning, backlog, and delivery schedules ensuring commitments are met.
Act as primary technical liaison with US-based clients, handling technical discussions, scope management, and maintaining client confidence.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in React and .NET software delivery, including at least 2 years in a technical lead or equivalent role.
Must be willing and available to work US shift hours remotely from India with a reliable setup.
Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks and full project lifecycle delivery.
Strong skills in React (hooks, state management), JavaScript/TypeScript, C#/.NET (including .NET 6+, ASP.NET Core), REST APIs, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), SQL Server, Git, and CI/CD.

Experienced technical lead comfortable balancing hands-on coding with team leadership and client management under fixed delivery schedules.
Proficient in translating complex technical issues for senior US clients, maintaining clear and proactive communication across time zones.
