Minimum Requirements
2–4 years of professional experience in software, frontend, or mobile engineering with at least 2 years hands-on React Native development.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React Native fundamentals, and experience profiling and optimizing React Native applications.
Experience with modern React Native libraries (e.g., FlashList, Reanimated, Gesture Handler, Expo) and familiarity with iOS and Android platform fundamentals.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in troubleshooting React Native issues across JavaScript and native layers and comfortable collaborating with senior engineers on native iOS/Android code when needed.
Skilled in optimizing mobile app performance including render cycles, responsiveness, memory usage, and applying best practices to deliver consumer-grade experiences.
Preferably has experience in consumer-facing mobile apps, mobile CI/CD workflows, and mentoring junior engineers within a high-scale, fast-paced environment.
