About This Role
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services and recovery capabilities for Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Okta in on-prem and SaaS environments.
- Drive architectural decisions, integrate AI capabilities for smarter recovery and anomaly detection, and contribute to cloud-native and containerized product evolution.
- Collaborate across teams to align technical solutions with business needs, mentor engineers, and support customer issue resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of software development experience with enterprise software; on-prem scale experience mandatory; SaaS experience a strong plus.
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET ecosystem; experience in Windows systems programming and enterprise deployment.
- Role requires proximity to Pune, India and availability in CET timezone.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical leader with deep knowledge of identity and directory systems like Active Directory, Entra ID, or Okta, and skills in integrating these in enterprise environments.
- Proven background in building scalable, secure distributed backend services, with involvement in cloud-native deployments and AI integration.
- Ability to influence technical architecture, mentor engineers, and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management and customer-facing roles.
