Architect, administer, and optimize enterprise Microsoft Exchange (On Prem & Online) and Office 365 environments with focus on availability, security, and compliance.
Act as Tier 3 escalation for complex messaging issues including troubleshooting and root cause analysis across hybrid infrastructures.
Lead design and implementation of migration strategies for Exchange Online and hybrid deployments, collaborating cross-functionally and automating tasks using PowerShell.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years experience in enterprise messaging platforms including Microsoft Exchange (On Prem & Online), Office 365, and hybrid environments.
Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, SMTP, POP/IMAP protocols, Email Gateways, and PowerShell scripting for automation.
Experience with large scale migrations, tenant management, license optimization, and monitoring tools for performance.
Certifications preferred but not mandatory: MCSE, Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert, ITIL Foundation; Work Experience Required: 10+ years.
