About This Role
- Lead design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable React-based front-end applications within an agile team at JPMorganChase.
- Drive adoption and integration of enterprise-approved AI-assisted software engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational stability.
- Lead technical evaluation of external and internal vendor solutions and design resilient architectures avoiding single points of failure.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of formal training or applied experience in software engineering.
- Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript with React frameworks and experience with HTML5, CSS, Sass/LESS.
- Experience leading AI-assisted software development tools usage with responsibility for validating outputs.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years applied experience in software engineering.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in agile development with strong knowledge of full software development life cycle and CI/CD practices.
- Skilled in modern front-end design patterns, UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams on AI-assisted development tools and promote secure, responsible AI usage in engineering workflows.
