Provide day-to-day operations support including record maintenance, account opening, and documentation management in coordination with the core operations team.
Serve as liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients to ensure smooth communications and project updates.
Manage multiple projects concurrently focusing on regulatory client deliverables such as legal statements, performance reporting, advices, letters, and notices.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of SQL and database queries.
General knowledge of client reporting within the industry and competitors.
Work Experience Required: Previous relevant experience preferred.

Comfortable working as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams including managing priorities and communicating risks, costs, and timelines.
Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and project management skills.
