Ensure accurate capture, processing, and settlement of corporate action events globally, including complex mandatory and voluntary events.
Lead review and quality control of junior team members' work, enforce deadlines adherence, and maintain high accuracy and client service standards.
Act as subject matter expert for corporate actions, provide training and guidance, and contribute to process improvements and automation.
Minimum Requirements
5-7 years of work experience in Capital Markets industry; 3-6 years in Corporate Actions preferred.
Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
Knowledge or hands-on experience with Corporate Actions SWIFT messages and market vendors (e.g. Bloomberg, Refinitiv) preferred.
Work Experience Required: Explicitly mentioned as 5-7 years in Capital markets; Corporate Actions experience 3-6 years preferred.
