Own the technical design and delivery of the engineering side of the Cogentiq I2C product, spanning front end, service layer, data tier, and underlying infrastructure.
Lead and coach the engineering team, maintain technical quality including code reviews, testing, performance, and manage engineering health aspects such as CI/CD, release processes, and incident response.
Collaborate on interfaces with the AI lead and work with product management on feasibility, roadmap execution, and trade-offs.
Minimum Requirements
10 to 14 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years leading a team or full product build.
Strong expertise with Python and production experience in FastAPI or equivalent service framework.
Experience in modern front-end frameworks such as React or Next.js, plus data engineering skills including Spark, Databricks, Delta Lake, and SQL.
Cloud experience on Azure or an equivalent platform, plus practical engineering discipline in version control, CI/CD, automated testing, environment management, and incident handling.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven capability to own technical design for a product and lead delivery across multiple architectural tiers including application, services, data, and platform.
Experienced in product engineering targeting multi-client software rather than one-off solutions, comfortable working with complex data pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
Familiar with agentic AI or LLM based systems enough to integrate and support such platforms alongside strong full-stack engineering expertise.
