About This Role
- Support Product Owner in defining, developing, releasing, and improving a practice-based product including methods, processes, digital tools, templates, guidance, and learning content.
- Ensure releases solve genuine user/business problems, support workflow, and enable user adoption from awareness to sustained application.
- Manage backlog refinement, gather requirements, coordinate UAT and release readiness, and facilitate stakeholder engagement for continuous product improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 years of experience required.
- Bachelors degree in BE or B.Tech.
- Certifications in Agile PO or Scrum mandatory.
- Skills required include Agile/Scrum, Backlog Management, Stakeholder Management, Change Management, Digital Content Management, UAT, Metrics & Analytics.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in product and practice management involving alignment of vision, user needs, and product roadmap.
- Strong skills in backlog and requirements management, including writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
- Capable of cross-functional collaboration with development, UX, quality teams, and stakeholders to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
