Own the end-to-end order-to-doorstep supply chain metrics and operations for SriMandir.store, including delivery success, RTO, NDR recovery, and dispatch TAT.
Build dashboards, analytic tools, and review cadences to monitor, diagnose, and improve operational performance and customer experience.
Collaborate with courier partners and internal teams to address operational gaps, standardize processes, and design scalable solutions.
Minimum Requirements
1-4 years of experience in program management, business analytics, or product/business operations.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL.
Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders including product, tech, warehouse, and external partners.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Comfortable handling complex operational and data challenges end to end across product, tech, and logistics.
Experience or familiarity with supply chain and last-mile e-commerce metrics like RTO, NDR, delivery TAT is advantageous.
