About This Role
- Own the end-to-end order-to-doorstep supply chain metrics and operations for SriMandir.store, including delivery success, RTO, NDR recovery, and dispatch TAT.
- Build dashboards, analytic tools, and review cadences to monitor, diagnose, and improve operational performance and customer experience.
- Collaborate with courier partners and internal teams to address operational gaps, standardize processes, and design scalable solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in program management, business analytics, or product/business operations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL.
- Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders including product, tech, warehouse, and external partners.
- Work Experience Required: 1-4 years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable handling complex operational and data challenges end to end across product, tech, and logistics.
- Experience or familiarity with supply chain and last-mile e-commerce metrics like RTO, NDR, delivery TAT is advantageous.
- Ability to create and maintain operational dashboards and automate manual processes for scalability and efficiency.
