Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
10+ years experience in project management and software development focusing on Java, Angular, and Spring Boot.
Minimum 5 years experience with Agile methodologies managing product vision, roadmaps, and backlogs.
Experience with modern developer tools, CI/CD, DevSecOps, cloud platforms (GCP preferred), and software architecture patterns.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in driving developer enablement initiatives and scaling developer infrastructure in complex, multi-region environments (NA, EU, IMG).
Strong technical leadership with deep knowledge of Java full stack (including Angular and Spring Boot) and cloud native development on GCP or similar platforms.
Proven ability to balance and negotiate competing stakeholder priorities, communicate complex technical concepts effectively, and lead continuous improvement of developer productivity.
