Develop and own product roadmaps for manufacturing and supply chain agility, optimizing factory planning and informing strategic decisions.
Translate business and customer needs into technical requirements and collaborate with software engineers on scalable data pipelines and systems.
Own end-to-end delivery including requirements, development, testing, and be the single point of contact communicating across cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
Degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Statistics or equivalent.
4+ years experience developing software or business intelligence tools in an agile, user-centric environment.
Proficiency in statistics, data science and/or AI/ML along with experience in operations, supply chain, manufacturing, product management, systems engineering or quality.
Preferred location Bangalore, India with expected 20% travel. Work Experience Required: 4+ years as specified.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or related technical product management with strong domain understanding.
Comfortable working hands-on with SQL and Python to test hypotheses and verify data quality independently.
Ability to influence technical and cross-functional stakeholders, handle ambiguity quantitatively, and drive execution with minimal supervision.
