Lead developer enablement by driving adoption of modern dev tools, CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps, and cloud-native practices to enhance developer productivity.
Design, develop and deploy AI-powered solutions for code acceleration and tech debt reduction using advanced AI techniques such as LLMs and RAG.
Serve as a technical leader and liaison, providing expert guidance, mentoring, conducting code reviews, and collaborating across multiple global teams to improve platform and developer experience.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
8+ years of software development experience with mandatory skills in Java, Angular, and Spring Boot.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP), developer tools (Git, Gradle, Tekton, OpenShift/Kubernetes, SonarQube, Checkmarx), and CI/CD pipelines.
Work Experience Required: 8+ years in software development with focus on developer enablement and cloud technologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in driving adoption and scaling of developer infrastructure and tools in a cloud-native environment, preferably GCP.
Strong technical leadership demonstrated by mentoring, conducting code reviews, and fostering collaboration across global teams (NA, EU, IMG).
