About This Role
- Own application support including incident analysis, troubleshooting, and solutions coordination across IT teams within SLAs.
- Manage application health monitoring, root cause analysis for high priority tickets, and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly.
- Lead team development and process improvements through data analysis, RCA, and ensuring tasks are aligned with project plans.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 9 years of experience in IT product/application support and development.
- Hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET, AJAX, JQuery, and MS SQL Server is mandatory.
- Location requirement: Gurgaon/Noida.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or MCA required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience supporting multi-tier Internet/Intranet applications using design patterns and strong debugging skills.
- Familiarity with offshore-onsite delivery models and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable working flexible schedules including off-hours and on-call support.
