About This Role
- Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and SaaS product implementations from kickoff through go-live and stabilization.
- Own delivery accountability including timelines, risk management, scope, milestones, and change requests for global enterprise deployments.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Solutions, and Integration teams and run governance forums such as PMO and steering committee reviews.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience managing SaaS or enterprise technology implementations.
- Experience working in client-facing, stakeholder-heavy environments with global or multi-region projects.
- Willingness to work from Bengaluru, India (WFO required).
- Work Experience Required: 5-10 years explicitly mentioned.

- Experienced with large enterprise or Fortune 100 customer deployments and high-value global implementations.
- Comfortable leading agile or hybrid delivery methods and driving cross-functional execution.
