About This Role
- Convert ambiguous business problems into AI-powered solutions including copilots, agents, and automation products.
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable AI transformation roadmaps and business cases.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and technology teams to discover use cases and deliver scalable AI products.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, transformation, product management, AI, automation, or data strategy.
- Proven delivery experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG architectures, or intelligent process automation.
- Experience working with Audit, Risk, Controls, Compliance, Operations, or Financial Services sectors.
- Graduate or MBA degree.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise AI transformation with strong skills in Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
- Comfortable engaging and managing senior stakeholders including EDs, MDs, and Product Owners.
- Skilled in agile product delivery, business process mapping, and executive-level storytelling for leadership communication.
