About This Role
- Own and drive the end-to-end AI program portfolio aligning AI initiatives with business priorities within Electrification domain.
- Lead discovery, qualification, prioritization, governance, execution, and scaling of AI projects including vendor management and resource optimization.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, AI Foundry, SMEs, and business leaders to establish effective governance, measure customer success, and enable enterprise-scale AI adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree with significant AI experience.
- At least 5 years in program/project delivery including 2 years specifically leading AI projects/programs.
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, data science, with focus on Generative AI and platform technologies.
