Manage end-to-end delivery of SAP projects including planning, scheduling, execution, and reporting across SAP transformation programs (e.g., ECC to S/4HANA, rollouts, upgrades).
Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks, dashboards, documentation standards, and conduct program governance meetings and reviews.
Serve as primary liaison among business teams, SAP functional and technical consultants, partners, and leadership; translate business requirements and manage cross-functional dependencies without direct SAP configuration or design responsibility.
Minimum Requirements
3-20 years of experience in SAP with PMO and project management exposure in SAP or related HCM modules (e.g., SF modules, Workday, Peoplesoft).
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCOM) or MBA/MCOM degree mandatory.
Experience in managing SAP transformation projects and PMO governance.
Project Management experience specifically with SAP modules or HCM products is a must.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced SAP Project Manager with strong PMO governance and stakeholder management skills focused on SAP transformations including S/4HANA.
Comfortable working in complex program environments coordinating multiple teams and vendors while maintaining delivery governance and reporting standards.
Skilled in executive reporting and analysis tools like Power BI, MS Project, Excel to track project health, budgets, and risks without deep hands-on SAP configuration expertise.
