Own full lifecycle of production-grade AI products including development, monitoring, optimization, and scaling of Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions.
Design and deploy LLM applications, multi-agent workflows, embedding pipelines, vector search systems, and AI services for engineering co-pilots and knowledge assistants.
Mentor junior engineers, establish best practices, collaborate with stakeholders, and integrate AI solutions with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and Databricks.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
5 to 8 years of software engineering or machine learning experience.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Generative AI, including LLMs, Transformers, and Python programming.
Experience with production-grade scalable AI systems and enterprise system design; work location: Bangalore, India; 10% travel required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep technical expertise in Generative AI, including hands-on with LangGraph, Transformers, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
Proven ability to independently deliver complex AI solutions while mentoring team members and collaborating cross-functionally.
Comfortable operating in enterprise environments with experience integrating AI systems in cloud-native architectures and familiarity with semiconductor domain preferred.
