Own the end-to-end UX design for the Editor Relationship Management System and Editor Portal on Salesforce and Salesforce Experience Cloud.
Collaborate closely with Product Manager, engineering teams, and stakeholders to define user needs, workflows, and deliver polished UI specifications.
Lead user research, prototyping, and iterative design based on user feedback and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA).
Minimum Requirements
12-15 years of experience in enterprise UX and UI design with a portfolio demonstrating User Research, UX, and UI skills.
Proficient in Figma including use of AI approaches for design and development.
Strong knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.2 AA) and experience delivering compliant designs.
Experience working in Agile teams and contributing to or using design systems; experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud is advantageous.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in complex, data-rich enterprise systems, ideally with academic, editorial, or professional user group exposure.
Comfortable managing both detailed interaction design and broader system architecture for workflows in fast-moving, collaborative environments.
Capable of using data-driven approaches including user analytics and feedback to refine UX and able to articulate design strategy to diverse stakeholders.
