About This Role
- Lead end-to-end execution and management of large-scale Data Centre, Networking, Surveillance, and Cloud projects for government and enterprise clients.
- Drive business growth via opportunity identification, tender analysis, bid management, and proposal development focused on government ICT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, delivery partners, and OEMs to improve forecasting, commercial negotiations, project delivery, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (IT); MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in ICT infrastructure project management and government business operations.
- Experience managing large scale Safe City/Smart City projects and working with Law Enforcement agencies.
- Strong knowledge of Data Centre, networking, cloud infrastructure, surveillance technologies, and proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, presentations, and tender platforms.

- Senior-level professional with advanced knowledge and proven ability to independently manage complex ICT infrastructure projects with limited supervision.
- Experienced in government sector projects involving Safe City/Smart City domains, comfortable operating with law enforcement stakeholders.
- Operates with a cross-functional, business growth mindset including tender/bid management, commercial negotiations, and strategic planning for ICT infrastructure solutions.
