About This Role
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain large-scale software solutions focused on document understanding and processing using ML models and agentic loops.
- Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects, managing priorities, deadlines, and deliverables while aligning cross-functional teams.
- Lead the design and optimization of ML infrastructure and model deployment strategies, guiding software engineers to build new document processing solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 8 years of software development experience.
- At least 5 years with ML design and ML infrastructure experience, including deploying and fine-tuning models.
- Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

- Experienced in specialized ML fields such as speech/audio, reinforcement learning, or ML infrastructure with a focus on document understanding.
- Demonstrates technical leadership in complex, matrixed organizations and can manage distributed engineering teams.
