Perform end-to-end General Ledger accounting activities including journal entries, account and bank reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close.
Manage and ensure compliance of balance sheet reconciliations via BlackLine, support audits, and maintain internal controls and process documentation.
Lead and drive the transition of accounting processes from the US team, collaborating with global stakeholders to stabilize and improve processes.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 4 years experience in General Ledger accounting environment.
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP and BlackLine reconciliation systems.
Mandatory hybrid work model: 4 days per week from office in Bangalore, with occasional late evening availability during transition.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in multinational organisations managing global accounting process migrations or transitions, especially US-related.
Strong ownership and ability to independently drive transition activities and process improvements with minimal supervision.
Proven capability to collaborate with geographically dispersed teams and senior global stakeholders effectively.
