Own architecture and development of enterprise Java applications within a regulated forensic environment, ensuring robust, scalable, and compliant solutions.
Provide technical leadership and guidance across distributed teams including nearshore and offshore, supporting system modularisation and legacy system modernisation.
Lead full software lifecycle activities including design, implementation, automation, performance optimization, and collaboration with cross-region stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of extensive enterprise Java development and DevOps experience.
Bachelor's in Engineering or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
Strong hands-on proficiency with Java 11/17, Java EE/Jakarta EE, PostgreSQL, WildFly, and associated DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, Docker, Maven.
Experience working within complex regulated operational environments; forensics domain experience preferred but not explicitly required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to design and evolve enterprise-grade Java architectures and modularise legacy forensic or similar systems.
Experience leading and collaborating with globally distributed Agile delivery teams across UK, Europe, nearshore, and offshore centers.
