Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's in Engineering or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
Extensive experience (10+ years) in enterprise Java development and DevOps practices.
Hands-on experience with Java 11/17, Java EE/Jakarta EE, PostgreSQL, WildFly, Eclipse RCP, and related technologies.
Experience working in regulated or complex operational environments; collaboration across distributed delivery teams (UK, Europe, nearshore, offshore).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in software architecture and hands-on development within large-scale, regulated forensic or similar operational domains.
Skilled in modular system design, legacy system modernization, and backend/data engineering with focus on scalability and performance.
Able to operate in distributed Agile/Scrum environments, providing technical leadership and acting as liaison between business and IT teams.
