Lead end-to-end accounts receivable function including billing, collections, cash application, bank reconciliations, and export receivables compliance.
Ensure accurate accounting of receivables, timely realization of customer dues, regulatory compliance, and support financial close activities.
Collaborate with Business, Treasury, Banks, Auditors, Shared Services, and Global Finance teams while driving automation and process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
10-15 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, OTC, Receivables Accounting, Export Receivables Compliance, and Financial Reporting.
CA or CMA qualification preferred.
Experience in large manufacturing, pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, or multinational organization preferred.
Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and AR reporting/analytics tools; knowledge of export receivables compliance including EDPMS, eBRC, Shipping Bills, and RBI regulations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing comprehensive receivables functions in large or multinational organizations with exposure to domestic and international receivables.
Strong technical and regulatory knowledge combined with leadership skills to develop high-performing teams and manage multiple stakeholders across functions.
Ability to drive process automation, improvements, and maintain strong internal controls and audit readiness.
