About This Role
- Lead and manage a global team of 150+ across India, Hong Kong, London, and Boston providing end-to-end operational support for Agency Lending including trade capture, settlement, reconciliations, collateral management.
- Own and drive transformation and modernization initiatives of Agency Lending Operations focusing on automation, efficiency, risk reduction, and scalable future-state technology.
- Ensure robust governance, operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and serve as escalation point for complex operational issues, working closely with senior stakeholders and key market participants.
Minimum Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in financial services operations with a focus on Agency Lending processes and products.
- Strong knowledge of Agency Lending lifecycle including trade management, settlement, collateral management, and vendors such as triparty agents.
- Proven experience in risk & control environment strengthening, regulatory compliance, and managing operational risk.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related field preferred; postgraduate/professional qualifications advantageous.
