Lead and manage a global team of 150+ across India, Hong Kong, London, and Boston providing end-to-end operational support for Agency Lending including trade capture, settlement, reconciliations, collateral management.
Own and drive transformation and modernization initiatives of Agency Lending Operations focusing on automation, efficiency, risk reduction, and scalable future-state technology.
Ensure robust governance, operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and serve as escalation point for complex operational issues, working closely with senior stakeholders and key market participants.
Minimum Requirements
20+ years of experience in financial services operations with a focus on Agency Lending processes and products.
Strong knowledge of Agency Lending lifecycle including trade management, settlement, collateral management, and vendors such as triparty agents.
Proven experience in risk & control environment strengthening, regulatory compliance, and managing operational risk.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related field preferred; postgraduate/professional qualifications advantageous.
