About This Role
- Lead global Prime Services Operations team of 50+ across multiple locations, ensuring consistent service delivery, governance, and operational resilience.
- Own end-to-end Prime Services operating platform including trade lifecycle, collateral management, settlement, reconciliations, billing, and risk management.
- Drive transformation and modernization initiatives collaborating with Technology, Business, and Risk to deliver scalable, automated capabilities and optimize operating model and cost base.
Minimum Requirements
- 20+ years of financial services operations experience focused on Prime Services and principal trading.
- Strong expertise in Prime Services products and processes, including trade lifecycle management, settlement, collateral and corporate actions.
- Proven experience in risk, control environments, regulatory compliance, and managing operational risk.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or related field preferred; postgraduate/professional qualification advantageous.
