Lead one of three IST-anchored shifts owning all operational activities including queue management, escalation resolution, and shift handover.
Serve as technical expert on Corporate License Hosting (CLH) server operations, including managing floating-license servers, SLA-driven issues, license file changes, and usage metrics analysis.
Manage high-risk legal gating including EULA and contract reviews, enforce compliance pathways, and support publisher governance, audits, and license position accuracy.
Minimum Requirements
6–10+ years in software asset management or software licensing operations with experience as a shift lead or senior escalation point.
Hands-on experience with Corporate License Hosting or floating-license server management (e.g., FlexNet), including license configuration editing and daemon troubleshooting.
Strong expertise in EULA and clickwrap review and commercial/legal risk judgment.
Willingness and availability to work rotating or fixed non-standard shifts including NAMER window (22:00–06:00 IST).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced shift or team lead able to simultaneously manage operational command and act as technical anchor during shift.
Deep domain expertise in software asset management with strong legal/compliance decision-making capacity in licensing and contract gating.
Comfortable engaging with multiple technical tools and systems supporting global license server operations, audit, automation, and governance workflows.
