Own technical authority for Corporate License Hosting server operations, including daemon recovery and floating-license server issue resolution within a 4-hour SLA.
Construct and defend Initial and Final License Positions by reconciling entitlement against deployment and consumption data to manage renewals and audits.
Lead high-risk EULA and clickwrap legal gating, manage publisher/reseller escalations, and design automation to reduce repeat manual work.
Minimum Requirements
6–10+ years of experience in software asset management or software licensing operations as a senior technical escalation point.
Hands-on experience with floating-license servers such as FlexNet, including license configuration editing and troubleshooting daemon/service failures.
Proven expertise in license position construction and defense against publishers or auditors.
Ability to work fixed or rotating non-standard shifts, including the 22:00–06:00 IST (NAMER) window.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep operational expertise in managing complex corporate license hosting environments and floating-license daemon recovery.
Strong capability in legal and commercial license risk assessment, with authority to gate high-risk license requests based on EULA and clickwrap terms.
Experience driving technical standards, coaching junior analysts, and delivering automation improvements in a shift-based software asset management environment.
