Develop and maintain PMO processes, coordination tools, recurring reports, and internal communications for global audiences, ensuring alignment across functions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of project management experience in corporate IT, managed services, or comparable services environment.
Experience in dedicated or embedded client support model with client-facing communication and escalation experience.
Willingness to work with regular overlap in US time zones for global stakeholder support.
