Minimum Requirements
5+ years of technical support, systems engineering, or demo engineering experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments.
Strong experience with AWS EC2 instance management and AWS Systems Manager (SSM) for fleet maintenance and automation.
Proven ability to manage Tier 2/3 SaaS technical support, including troubleshooting web apps, APIs, and authentication.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to interact with cross-functional EMEA stakeholders.
