Design, develop, and manage SharePoint Online sites and solutions including site architecture, permissions, workflows, and governance.
Customize Microsoft Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate) and administer related environments with focus on compliance and policy enforcement.
Integrate SharePoint with external systems using Microsoft Graph API and develop AI-powered solutions within Microsoft 365.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online development and administration.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 ecosystem including SharePoint, MS Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Experience with SharePoint migration tools (e.g., ShareGate, SharePoint Migration Manager) and Microsoft Graph API.
Must be available primarily for UK hours (12:30PM-9:30PM IST) with possible rotational shifts covering US and APAC hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Operates at senior technical level designing complex SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with governance and compliance focus.
Experienced in end-to-end Power Platform administration including environment management and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
Skilled in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a global service desk and client services environment.
