Senior Commercial Lending Servicing Specialist

Lead servicing activities for moderately complex commercial loan products ensuring customer resolution and compliance with bank policies and regulations.

Coordinate resolution of customer service issues, collaborating with internal teams such as Sales, Legal, Risk, and Technology to meet operational and compliance requirements.

Conduct quality reviews, monitor key performance metrics, lead or mentor team members, and contribute to strategic initiatives to improve servicing outcomes.

Minimum 8 years of commercial loan servicing experience handling moderately complex to complex transactions.

Strong knowledge of commercial loan lifecycle, documentation, systems of record, transaction controls, and exception management.

Experience resolving escalated customer, transaction, and control issues, including risk evaluation and mitigation strategies.

Work Experience Required: Minimum 8 years in commercial loan servicing roles.

Experienced in independently managing servicing for moderately complex to complex commercial lending products with strategic oversight capabilities.

Proven ability to lead projects, process improvements, and serve as a technical leader or mentor without formal direct authority.

Strong stakeholder management skills for cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Legal, Control, Risk, Technology, and Operations teams.
