About This Role
- Drive Totaline aftermarket spare parts sales growth across Tamil Nadu by developing and managing relationships with SPDs, Turnkey Contractors, and dealers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue and margin targets while expanding the Totaline channel network and promoting non-traditional product lines like Air Curtains and Dehumidifiers.
- Manage coordination with internal teams for product availability, pricing, dispatches, ensure collections, maintain sales forecasts and market intelligence.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in HVAC spares sales and distribution.
- Graduate or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC-related discipline preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu.
- Work Experience Required: 5 years prior relevant experience as minimum, advanced degree plus 3–7 years also acceptable.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in HVAC aftermarket channel sales with strong commercial acumen and target-driven approach.
- Capable of independently developing business, building and maintaining strong relationships with SPDs, TKOs, and dealers in Tamil Nadu.
- Experienced in managing a sales pipeline, market intelligence, and collections to maximize revenue and market share.
