Lead and execute global employment tax strategies ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and cost optimization across multiple jurisdictions.
Advise internal stakeholders on employment tax implications related to workforce strategy, mobility, M&A, restructuring, and evolving workforce models.
Manage tax planning, worker classification, employment tax audits, due diligence, integration, and global tax projects including SOX and payroll tax controls.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
Employment tax experience in multinational organizations and/or Big 4 global employer/mobility tax services.
Demonstrated knowledge of employment tax across multiple international jurisdictions and experience driving employment tax initiatives.
Experience supporting mergers & acquisitions, global expansion, or large-scale payroll and finance transformation initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex multi-jurisdictional employment tax matters and integrating tax considerations into business operations and transactions.
Skilled in leading cross-functional stakeholders and delivering global/regional employment tax projects with strong governance and stakeholder management.
Familiar with payroll and finance systems, equity compensation taxation, and able to synthesize technical tax issues into clear financial risk assessments.
