Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Jira Cloud users, managing onboarding, issue resolution, and escalations.
Drive adoption and smooth operation of Jira Cloud and integrated tools like Aha! and X-ray through demos, office hours, and coordination with engineering and vendors.
Manage Jira schema updates, license validations, data sync troubleshooting, and maintain support documentation on Confluence.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in enterprise software or Agile environments.
Strong expertise in Jira Cloud, Aha!, Rally, and Atlassian ecosystem.
Experience with enterprise migration programs, Change Request (CRQ) planning and execution, and dependency tracking.
Proficiency in analytical tools like Domo, EazyBI, and Confluence.
