Provide financial and accounting support focused on lease-related topics, including preparation of recurring reports and portfolio analyses under IFRS 16 and ASC 842.
Support Project Leaders in planning, real estate strategy development, and client communications, including recurring calls and ad-hoc queries.
Collect, validate, and analyze data to ensure compliance with new lease accounting standards and contribute to process refinement.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
At least 1.5 years of work experience within finance and accounting area.
Fluency in English and well-developed skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
On-site work location: Gurugram, Haryana, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Working knowledge or interest in lease accounting standards (IFRS 16 and ASC 842) and financial reporting processes.
Experience collaborating in project planning and client-facing roles involving real estate and finance teams.
Currently pursuing or completed ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent certification recognized as an asset.
