Minimum Requirements
4-8 years of experience in application development or systems analysis role.
Proficient in Java/J2EE backend development including Web technologies (HTML, CSS, React JS), REST APIs, multithreading.
Strong knowledge of OOPS, data structures, algorithms, API/web services development (REST/SOAP), and databases (MSSQL, Oracle, or NoSQL).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in architecting scalable, highly available integrated solutions with strong focus on non-functional requirements.
Skilled in containers, Docker deployment, cloud platforms (Docker, Kubernetes), and modern testing frameworks (JUNIT, Cucumber).
Demonstrates leadership and project management capability with clear communication and risk awareness in a regulated financial environment.
