Lead application systems analysis and programming activities to build robust, high-performance, large-scale applications.
Partner with multiple management teams to integrate functions, identify system enhancements, and support deployment of new products and process improvements.

Minimum Requirements
4-8 years of relevant experience in Applications Development or systems analysis.
Strong Java/J2EE backend programming skills with experience in Web technologies (HTML, CSS, React JS), REST APIs, multithreading.
Experience with databases (MSSQL, Oracle, or NoSQL) and cloud platforms including Docker and Kubernetes.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in developing and architecting scalable, high-availability integrated solutions with sound knowledge of OOPS, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
Proficient in API/web services development using REST/SOAP and familiar with testing frameworks like JUnit and Cucumber.
Demonstrates leadership and project management capabilities with experience in continuous integration/delivery and high-speed messaging platforms such as Kafka.
