About This Role
- Own end-to-end configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle Financials to optimize client financial processes.
- Lead finance transformation initiatives, manage client engagements, and ensure project planning, budgeting, execution, and successful completion.
- Coach and mentor teams, manage performance, resolve conflicts, and engage stakeholders to uphold quality and delivery standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 4 years of work experience.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written) mandatory.
- Experience with Oracle Financials and Oracle General Ledger required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Background in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, or Management Information Systems preferred.
- Holds Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules.
- Demonstrated capability in financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting using Oracle Financials, with a focus on finance transformation through digital tools.
